August Lust List

My August Lust List this month is packed with beauty desires. I have tried to be good this past month and resist the temptation to buy a tone of new products.

At the very top of my Lust List this month are the Nars Dual Intensity Eyeshadows. They are a relatively new launch in the UK and I think are currently only available from SpaceNK stores. I have read a lot about these products online and the swatches look incredible. The shade range available gives the option for several different neutral looks, ideal for everyday.

A couple of weeks ago I had a makeover at my local benefit counter and the girl on the counter introduced me to Cha Cha Tint. This is a beautiful coral shade which I had applied to my lips and I have to say the colour lasted really well.

I have just started using a few products from the Tarte range and I'm really impressed. This fluffy foundation brush looks like the perfect blending brush and I think will give my skin a completely airbrushed finish.

The Nars creamy concealer is a cult classic product but one I have never tried. This month I will defiantly be visiting a Nars counter to find out what my perfect colour match is.

Again I think this a relatively new product to the UK but one I have heard great things about. Anything that can prolong my manicure is good in my book so when I come to the end of my Opi topcoat I will be getting one of these to try out.

July Favourites

This month I have been trying out lots of new products but haven't come across anything that is a stand out new favourite yet. So my favourites this month aren't anything new, they are products I find myself using everyday.

These wipes can really get every trace of makeup off. I find that some makeup wipes will remove most of your makeup but struggle with waterproof mascaras and eyeliners. These wipes are so moist that they make an easy job of getting off the most stubborn of eye makeup. I also find that they don't dry out my skin because of how moist they are.

This is an all time favourite of mine and is a product I keep coming back to ever side I bought it. The colour staying power on this is incredible. I have actually just gone out and bought another colour from the range to try out and I am hoping I will be just as impressed.

This has to be the ultimate drug store concealer it applies high long lasting coverage and only costs £4.19. I wear it everyday and it is truly a makeup bag staple.

I bought this because I had heard that it was a good dupe for the beauty blender. I am still yet to try the beauty blender but I have found this great to blend in my concealer and remove any excess foundation. It seems to leave your skin with an air brushed effect.

5. Victoria Secrets Pure Seduction Fragrance Mist
This is a really handbag friendly sized body spray which has a beautiful summer scent. It is a very sweet fragrance but I think for the summer its ideal. It is also pretty long wearing.

6. Urban Decay Naked 3

I have had the Naked 3 palette for a while now but have only just go into using it everyday. I have been using Dust all over the lid with Liar built up on top and then applying Limit in the crease to give some soft definition to my eyes. This is a great day to day look as it gives a hint of shimmer and smokiness without being too heavy. The colours are easy to blend which means it takes no time at all the achieve the look you desire.

Designer Dupe Handbag

I recently came across a new online handbag retailer called Cloudberry Bags. Its not a site I had heard of before but after looking though there website I decided to order myself a bag. I chose the Sloane bag in Brown which is really reasonably priced at £35. The bag arrived promptly and I was updated throughout its postage journey. On arrival the bag was in lovely packaging and came in a dust bag which I think is ideal for storing it when I'm not using it.

Here I have put together an outfit which I think works well with the Sloane bag.

Sunglasses - RayBan Top - Glamourous Skirt - Pull&Bear Bag - Cloudberry bags Bangles - Accessorize

Flower Ring - Pandora Heart Ring - Anna Lou of London

Sloane Bag - Cloudberry Bags

I am really impressed with the quality of this bag, the sticking and seams are finished really well. This bag is handy as well because it can easily be transformed from day to night because of the detachable front pocket which doubles up as a clutch bag.

The Cloudberry website has a variety handbags in different styles and colours. I think this brown one is ideal for summer but the site also does have some darker red and blue shades available which I have my eye on for the Autumn/Winter months. The bags are in similar styles and could be considered designers dupes for brands such as Mulberry, Givenchy and Hermes. So if you find yourself on a budget but lusting after designer bags as I do its a great place to grab a bargain.
